In the event of a rod breakage, simply return the damaged rod with a service and handling fee per rod section and we will repair or replace your rod.
Terms and conditions
- This one-year warranty is for the original registered owner only.
- This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod only and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting form the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss or intentional damage.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the rod section.
- The entire rod must be returned to Assassin Fishing Rods to ensure a correct fitment of the new section.
- Retain your invoice as proof of purchase to validify the warranty.
- All service work must be sent directly back to Assassin. Our dealers are not authorised to perform any warranty service work.
- The Service and Handling Fee is 15% of the current retail price of the rod, for each section that is to be repaired or replaced. For example, if you drove over two sections of a rod that currently retails for R1000 and would like these two sections repaired or replaced, then the fee excluding postage will be R300 (R150 for each section).
- Upon receipt of your rod, we will confirm the fee and your preferred payment method, i.e. payment at store upon collection, electronic transfer or credit card transaction prior to despatch.
- Any postage costs will be for your own account.
Please return the item to
Assassin Fishing Rods, P.O. Box 58, Umgeni Business Park, 4098, care of Rochdale Park Post Office, 4034, along with supporting documentation describing the reason for the return, your contact details, the store you purchased the rod from and the invoice number.
